Returns and exchanges are permitted for bracelets, earrings, head wears, and bags within 14 days of receiving the items. Items must be returned in its original value unworned and not damaged. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless total order reach $100 and more.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for items that are misdelivered by USPS due to lack of information or incomplete address. A claim can be file with the United States Postal Office.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
